Look for the owners of the site. Usually and should be under “Contact Us”

Their telephone numbers
Who to contact
If all they have is an email address – be very very cautious
And a Big Point:
Do not feel bad about calling or sending an email or contacting them. See the response you get.
Sometimes it is prudent to find another site. Feel comfotable of who you are dealing with - or intend to purchase a product
