A Modern Shaker Design
A extraordinary and modernistically designed Shaker + table with forward thinking design elements incorporated making this table an elegant piece of hand-crafted furniture. This table has Shaker legs that a slight departure from the norm in that the legs are built on a slight taper. The table legs have a more masculine or heavier look with an unusual arched support beam and the angled shaped leg to give this table a more modern or contemporary look while still retaining the simplistic and very pronounced lines as attribute to Shaker design. Another unusual option for this table is that it can be built using Hickory. The hickory pricing is the same as Cherry and you can note your preference. If you should pick Hickory or any of the Maples, we will need to discuss your stain preferences because the wood will take on a different appearance using an identical stain.
This table offers a bit of modern design with that of the traditional that is appropriated to Amish Master Crafted Furniture. If you so desire, you can finish the look with Aspen chairs and a Tribecca hutch to make an outstanding dining room setting fit for family, friends and even for business.
This table alone would serve as an excellent conference table and we have chairs available to finish your conference office in a very beautiful and striking manner.
The Shaker Hill table has available up to 4 leaves to enlarge the table to accommodate, or with a solid top if you should choose the no leaf option. Either way, this is a grand dining table to be used for generations upon generations.
Another option to consider is that leafs are available with or without skirting. On the 42” table, if you so choose and you check the storage option, all leaves can be stored. However, if you should choose the 48” table and wish to store leaves, this table are only designed to accommodate 2 leafs with skirting. Also available is a leaf storage cabinet that can serve to store not only your leaves but also as a elegant storage cabinet for some china or linens. These leaf storage cabinets also come with an optional wine rack. Please make your selection wisely.
